To make it easier for employers with employees in both Oregon and Washington, we have aligned many of Kaiser Permanente Northwest plans with plans offered by Kaiser Permanente Washington outside Clark and Cowlitz counties. Dual Choice PPO™ plans

Dual Choice PPO plans provide you with flexibility to offer nationwide coverage to employees – through access to Kaiser Permanente providers, First Choice Health providers, First Health Network providers, other direct-contract providers, or any licensed provider.

Each time your employees need care, they can see a Kaiser Permanente provider, a network provider, or an out-of-network provider. They can also fill prescriptions at either a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy or a participating MedImpact pharmacy, regardless of the prescribing provider.

Dual Choice PPO plans are available to Oregon-based employers with 51-499 eligible employees and must be offered alongside a Traditional, Deductible or HDHP plan as part of our Complete Suite solution.

To make it easier for employers with employees in both Oregon and Washington, we have aligned many of Kaiser Permanente Northwest plans with plans offered by Kaiser Permanente Washington outside Clark and Cowlitz counties. Dual Choice PPO™ plans

Dual Choice PPO plans provide you with flexibility to offer nationwide coverage to employees – through access to Kaiser Permanente providers, First Choice Health providers, First Health Network providers, other direct-contract providers, or any licensed provider.

Each time your employees need care, they can see a Kaiser Permanente provider, a network provider, or an out-of-network provider. They can also fill prescriptions at either a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy or a participating MedImpact pharmacy, regardless of the prescribing provider.

Dual Choice PPO plans are available to Oregon-based employers with 51-499 eligible employees and must be offered alongside a Traditional, Deductible or HDHP plan as part of our Complete Suite solution.
