Deductible plans

We offer a variety of deductible plans to provide more choices at affordable prices—and members still get coverage for many preventive services for low or no copayments or coinsurance, even if the deductible hasn't been met. Plus, because these plans have out-of-pocket maximums, members will know that both their health and their financial security are protected. With our deductible plans, businesses can:

  • Reduce member premiums
  • Choose from various levels of copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles
