Members can choose from the broad range of individual and family plans we offer, or select COBRA or other government-subsidized programs to fit their needs. Here are a few resources to help transitioning members understand their coverage options.

Help your employees transition to new coverage

If your employees are experiencing a change in Kaiser Permanente group coverage, including due to workforce reduction, use this checklist to help guide your communications. The checklist includes links to materials with resources and tools for transitioning to new coverage:
