Beginning with September 2021 renewals, your next annual Kaiser Permanente small business renewals will only be available online on account.kp.org. There’s nothing you need to do unless you prefer a paper renewal sent by U.S. mail.
To opt out of online delivery and receive paper renewals by mail, you must sign in to account.kp.org and select “Mail (Paper)” as your renewal packet delivery method. Look for an email or letter notifying you of the date you must take action by. Learn more on how to access the features.
Please make sure we have your correct email addresses for notifications about your accounts. If there are changes to your email addresses, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
