Improving the online experience for your clients’ employees

Based on feedback we’ve received, we know that your clients’ employees want a simplified digital experience that puts them in control of their health care.

With this in mind, we’ve updated the kp.org user experience. Improvements to the message center, pharmacy, appointments, and coverage and costs sections include:
