These resources can help your clients save time and simplify how they manage their benefits:

Online account services

Show clients how easy online account management can befrom updating their membership to paying their bill. They can also give you access to their account so you can manage it for them.

Billing guidelines

Choice of billing cycles for small groups

Your small group clients with 2 to 50 employees may be able to choose from four different billing cycles based on their specific needs and available cash flow. They can call the California Service Center at 1-800-731-4661 (toll free) for more information.

Account status notification

As part of our delinquency notification process, your clients will be reminded about payments due with:

  • A warning letter that gives them an account balance and due date
  • A termination letter that tells them when coverage will end if the balance remains unpaid

You'll be copied on both the warning and termination letters so you'll be prepared to respond to questions or concerns.
